If I may,I'd like to use my bike to log my miles but not quite sure how to do that,so if someone could fill me in...........
I've been riding my bike every day for 40 minutes and logging it on paper and here on the site.
Now to tell you a little about myself...
My name is Stella,I'm 63 years young,active ,wanting to lose 50 lbs by next Christmas ,so far I've went from 180 lbs down to 177.8 lbs .So must be doing something right.
Go to curves three times a week and also ride bike at home.
