Thanks for the invite to join your team.My first time doing anything like this so please bear with me and my mistakes.
If I may,I'd like to use my bike to log my miles but not quite sure how to do that,so if someone could fill me in...........
I've been riding my bike every day for 40 minutes and logging it on paper and here on the site.

Now to tell you a little about myself...
My name is Stella,I'm 63 years young,active ,wanting to lose 50 lbs by next Christmas ,so far I've went from 180 lbs down to 177.8 lbs .So must be doing something right.
Go to curves three times a week and also ride bike at home.

Thank you for the invitation. I actualy walked my first 5k a couple of months ago. It was a lot of fun. Walking is really one of the few exercizes I enjoy.
