I am new to spark people. I am tring to lose 2 lbs a week. So far in 3 weeks Ilve lost 6 lbs, but it is getting harder to find food to eat and stay under 1500 cal. I am reaching out for as much help as I can get. I am cooking a new chicken recipe I found on spark people iti is slow-cooker salsa chicken. I live in Huntsville Arkansas. I work in Berryvile Arkansas about 45 min from home so it is hard to cook recipes that take long unless I cook them in my slow cooker. This is probably to much information. Oops. I am 58 so can't exercise a lot.
