Hi I'm Cassie and I'm a waitress at the Olive Garden. I topped off my weight in December at 228 right before I had my daughter and am trying to get to 138-128. I'm going slow and focusing on a healthy lifestyle more than anything else because I want her to learn healthy habits and how to unplug and explore this beautiful area we live in known as the Pacific Northwest. I'm going hiking this weekend and am looking forward to an active lifestyle going beyond the gym and into nature, something I didn't have much interest in before she came. Right now I am at 195 pounds with a long way to go!

Hey I am Sage I am prep/line cook at family run business, we have a pub menu and a more causal lunch menu and a formal supper menu. I work the morning shifts Monday -Friday when hours pick back up, right now I am only getting a couple of hours per week, but that the way it is here on the coast! Its been too cold for people to be out! My goal is to lose 35-40 pounds. I look forward to meeting all of you as we try and meet our goals.
