I find it hard to bypass the chips some days as well. It's not a problem here at home since I don't buy the blasted things, but at work we have them as a side option with sandwiches. The bucket sits right on the end of the prep table. Oy! Luckily, health department rules would require me to wear gloves if I were to reach in there so I can usually motivate myself into the back kitchen and grab a carrot out of the cooler instead. Not the same, but loud and crunchy nonetheless.
eating the healthy stuff is good - the junk cravings still lurk in my mind - especially as I pass the potato chips at Walmart - why would they have potato chips near the clothing department anyways? - ah that is a topic for another day. Good luck on your journey.
Hi everyone, I work for wicomico county board of education food service and before that i worked for walmart in the deli. It is hard to be around food. But it is getting much easier since they are eating much more fruit and veggies and alot less junk.
