I get some fiber from nuts, veggies and some fruit but I never pay attention, haven't needed to since being on low-carb/high-fat. emoticon
I suppose walking a lot helps, too.

I eat every low carb veggie there is plus a few that are higher in moderation. Berries, nut, I have tons of fiber!

Many low careers do not believe the body needs fibre. I know I am regular without extra fibre. Fat keeps things going.

I try to get fiber from food: berries, almonds and other nuts, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, etc.

~ Declutter my current batch of paper and clerical To-Do's by
~ Getting all my daily personal clerical upkeep tasks done in the first hour of the day and
~ Scheduling my workday workouts like I would schedule a meeting and
~ Scheduling a defined half hour for lunch, when I work/play only on personal business

Hello! I'm new to the group and new to the low carb thing. I've been trying to do sort of a paleo thing and found it's been naturally low in carbs mostly, but fiber is lacking. Any suggestions?
