Yep - the tempting old-fashioned goldfish that my kids love. But, I am feeling good about "being good" for the past few weeks, so not so tempting. Just trying to stay in front of being hungry. On Metabolism Miracle you are supposed to eat a "5x5 carb" every 5 hours - so it's 5 net carbs every 5 hours. Thinking in terms of eating at regular times, is helping I think.
Since I am a mom, I sort of was eating whenever, which turned into few regular meals, except for dinner and just grazing mindlessly.
I am from Morris County, NJ. Not far from Bergen. I am planning on signing up for a "yogilates" class through the adult school near my house - it starts next week. I am having a tough week, timewise, though, because my grandmother is very ill and I've been helping care for her, in between my own kid duty.
My friend and I have been sporadically taking a hot yoga class - will have to talk to her about when we can get back into that.
At least I'm eating better, though. Thank you all for being so welcoming.
