Good summary, as usual, from Exotec. We all do some version of low carb and are at various stages of food "rehab". Keep posting and keep tracking - those are the two best habits you can develop.

Get very friendly with your Nutrition Tracker! It's a great tool. You might be surprised by the nutrition you're really consuming. Besides, it helps keep you accountable, which is vital.
We're a very gregarious group - we love new folks. You'll find all levels of low-carbers here, both in the type of diet they follow, how low they go in carbs, and length of time in the lifestyle. Plenty of good experience and support.

I am the new girl! I am excited to be on here! I have low carbed in the past but was never able to keep it up long enough to get great the results. I am hoping that by being part of a positive community with, weigh ins, will help to keep me on track. It seems that low carb has been the only thing to work for me. I have 20 pounds to lose which does not sound like much, but it seems like it is the difference between me looking in shape and out of shape. Plus my body is not handling it well. I am having pains and sluggishness. Probably because of the extra weight since I used to be a very active dancer. So this is my attempt to get it together from physical fitness to diet.
