Thank you for the encouragement. 44 grams carbs today, abt 945 calories. I felt a little woozy this am, so I had some turkey chili with beans at lunch to level out my blood sugar. Feeling great, no sugar cravings at all today.

WLRENEE is right.

You can think that things are under control and not understand why things aren't going better. But for myself I find that if I don't weigh, measure, count things, then I end up putting twice the cream in my coffee that I think I'm putting, etc.

Welcome. Most of all track your carbs. If you can keep your carbs below about 40 grams a day and your calories below about 1500, the weight will fall off.

The first week of low carb is the toughest.

Hi everyone, I love the lo carb lifestyle. I gained a few lbs - so I am back on my program for 21 days and committed to tracking my food. My first goal is to lose 10 lbs by 10/15. Feeling pretty good already!
