Hi Sandy- welcome! I just posted a blog about sneaky carbs. I try to eat LC all the time and for the most part it works, I still eat too much but I'm trying to scale back. I don't concentrate on what I can't eat, only all the GREAT stuff I can eat. Instead of cutting a nice fat laden cut of NY, Ribeye or Porterhouse (when I can afford it), into 3 ounce portions, I eat the whole thing! I LOVE real bleu cheese dressing- don't like LF versions at all. You'll get the hang of it.
1. Stop wasting money- Save money
2. Exercise- do something every day
3. Get organized- mise en place
4. Write a letter by hand at least once a week.
