Hi, My name is Sandy Pudoff. I've been on SP about 5 weeks but I've been LC for 5 years. I have an extremely slow metabolism, hypothyroidism and I am very sensitive to eating carbohydrates. I consider fruit an occasional treat, I easily eat my 5 servings of veg in my lunch salad. I can't remember when I last ate rice, pasta, bread, etc. I'm on several other teams on SP and it just seemed natural to find one where everyone else eats a little more like me and a little less like the computer algorithms state that I should. Looking forward to meeting more LC people on this team and learning from my new spark friends!
