Try some bone broth. Or, if you don't have any handy, add a little salt to your food. We metabolize salt a bit differently on LC, and sometimes a lack of it contributes to the "Atkins flu."
Otherwise, make sure you're replacing your lost carbs with good fats - bacon, animal fats, butter, coconut oil... lots of LCers add coconut oil to almost everything (eg - "bulletproof coffee").
I make eggs every morning with butter and coconut oil.
Besides that, just be sure you're getting plenty of liquids and veggies, and persevere! It will pass. So far as carb cravings, remember that eating carbs will make you crave carbs. If you cave, you're prolonging your agony! Be strong!
