When first trying to get down to the 20 grams of carb level, I seem to have slight headaches for a couple of days. Magnesium supplements are good, some salt everyday will help for leg cramps or twitches.

I am doing Atkins myself - but I had to go back to the Induction Phase because I was sort of stalled. I will probably stay around 20 grams of carbs until I lose all the weight because I am insulin resistant and weight loss is very, very slow.
