The quick tip is to try to increase your sodium by quite a bit, maybe up to 2 grams/day and also drink a lot of water, because your kidneys dump salt on low-carb and potassium gets dumped with it to keep it balanced.

Also take it easy on the exercise for the first week. Stay with walking and only light strength training.
