I recently tweaked my calories down to about 1,300 - 1,400, but I do tend to end up between 1,500 - 1,600 because I tend to eat a lot of fat and red meat lately. But my scales are starting down in the right direction. Never hungry now, and sometimes I feel like I am forcing myself to eat just to get my nutrients in for the day. I feel like I am in my zone area now. Carbs are around 30 - 40 net. Maybe 50 carbs total for the day. Added berries back in for breakfast. I am one happy camper since eating all the fatty foods.
