It's a funny thing. I'm going on two years on low carb and I'm STILL learning new things all the time. How can something that you do every single day be so mysterious?!?!?
Sometimes I'm amazed that I didn't figure all this stuff out over all the years, but some of it is counter-intuitive, and most of it goes against the current food culture, so I guess it's no surprise.
I decided to LOSE weight and now my pants are LOOSE.
The EFFECT did not AFFECT my desire to LOSE more.
