This is a great team with beginners and those who have been at it a long time. You'll receive lots of great info and support here.

Hi and welcome!

Losing a pound a week is very doable, especially for guys. This team is all about making permanent changes, so when you've lost the weight you want to lose you'll be in a good position to keep it off as well!

Welcome, Mau! Just bring on your questions. We're glad to help, though you're likely to get a variety of answers. One of the many good/bad things about this WOE (Way of Eating) is that there is no one size fit all answer, and most of us have ended up tweaking things a bit to find what works best for us as individuals.

Hi guys,
My name is Mauricio and I'm trying to loose 25kg in one year. Sounds very ambitious, but is very encouraging to see all your great successes in this team. Obviously I'm going to go with the Atkins program so any support and advice in this Journey is very well appreciated.

Mau.
