So happy to see you here!! You'll love it!! When I started Atkins I was too sick with type 2 to do less than 60 carbs a day. I also had some carb flu. As I felt better from lower blood sugars and tons of fluid retention leaving, I started doing 2-25 carbs a day..........with a few slips! I don't worry about those slips anymore. I just won't quit! Now I see my weight coming off easier and my carb cravings are gone!
