Hi everyone, My name is Patty. I am from Iowa. When my youngest son was 8 years old I lost 50 pounds by eating the Protein Power way. I maintained for years, eating this way was just a lifestyle, I also walked everyday but Sundays. I had the time for myself. Now my youngest is a JR. in college and I watch my toddler grandchildren. My lifestyle has changed and my time is limited. I have been stress eating and not finding the time to exercise. My weight has climbed and so has my clothing size. I have gotten some good advice here on SP so I have hope. Today I began eating like I use to, I am looking forward with renewed belief. Have a blessed day everyone. love-Patty
