Flax Crackers? I'd try Whole Foods, if you have one nearby or maybe Trader Joe's?

Congrats and welcome!

You might also need to add sodium. Your kidneys flush out a lot of electrolytes when you dump the carbs, and it can cause the fatigue, dizziness, and cramping.

~ Scheduling my workday workouts like I would schedule a meeting and
~ Scheduling a defined half hour for lunch, when I work/play only on personal business

Hello team! My name is Tina and I have been a Sparker for a few years! I have tried numerous diets with some success but regained. I am so tired of carrying around the belly weight and finally decided to give a low carb plan a try. So I started Atkins 6 days ago. I tried the phase 1 first, didnt go so well. I got the "low carb flu" and was very ill. My doctor told me to move to phase 2 and add potassium and magnesium to my vitamin intake. I started phase 2 and the vitamin increase yesterday and now I feel great! So, the one real positive so far for me is that I don't have the carb/sugar cravings between meals. I feel fully satisfied between meals, which is a stark contrast to the 1200 calorie diets I have always tried. After the first 4 days my energy has increased now! I just want to encourage others to stick with it, it may be rough at first but I think it will pay off!
Question: For those who purchase flax crackers, where do you find them? I have searched 2 stores so far!
