Sounds. like the Induction Flu. It usually just lasts a few days. Try eating more salt and more potassium and load up on the fat.

Day 5 today and woke up feeling famished like I had not eaten in days. Not sure what that is all about. Also noticing a fatigue and brain fog. Blah!

Welcome back Sheila, the good news is you've done it and know how to do it. Congrats on staying with induction for 4 days so far. I'm not as consistent and still working out the best way to eat for a healthy life style. This group is great and very supportive to me when I've had a difficult time. Welcome, I was in Ohio last summer for a couple of days. I drove up from NC through the mountains of Va. and WVa. It was a beautiful drive. I'd love to make it to Sandusky this spring to ride the coasters and go to a Dog-n-Suds. Last time I had a Dog-n-Suds was when I was a kid in the mid 1960s.

My psychologist is named Harley Davidson.

My name is Sheila and I'm coming back to low carb from a 7 year hiatus. Wow, that was dumb! I gained back every single pound I lost (almost 70 pounds). Duh! I am on day 4 of induction and just finding a groove.
