Yvonne, I have been having the same problem; because I have breakfast and lunch working for me I call this stage I'm going through 'Preparation for Induction'. I am feeling lighter although I have only lost about 2kg, but I am not hungry. Woubblie is right in that eating something that has high fat content stops you from feeling hungry. We don't have pork rinds in Australia, I do have cream cheese on celery and avocado whenever I can.

If you're having cravings but your stomach isn't rumbling and you don't feel low-blood-sugar woozy, then you're probably going through some carb withdrawl. The only cure is to tough it out for a couple of days and eat something very high fat in the meantime. Every time you spike your insulin levels by eating carbs you set up the roller coaster again for the next day. Can you munch on some pork rinds or something with cream cheese or some avocado?
If your stomach's growling, then just eat something that's on plan.
If you're feeling woozy, get some protein and some salt. The protein will help with low blood sugar levels and the salt will help with your electrolyte balance.

Have been trying to stay on Induction Phase but keep on falling off it by evening. Are there anyways that all of you have been successful at doing it that you would suggest. I know I have been extremely stressed which is no excuse but lately no matter what I have if I don't have a carbs I seem to be very hungry.
Hope you guys can give me some ideas how to fight myself at this need to lose for health as well as looking better and getting around easily.
Thank you Yvonne
