If you're having cravings but your stomach isn't rumbling and you don't feel low-blood-sugar woozy, then you're probably going through some carb withdrawl. The only cure is to tough it out for a couple of days and eat something very high fat in the meantime. Every time you spike your insulin levels by eating carbs you set up the roller coaster again for the next day. Can you munch on some pork rinds or something with cream cheese or some avocado?
If your stomach's growling, then just eat something that's on plan.
If you're feeling woozy, get some protein and some salt. The protein will help with low blood sugar levels and the salt will help with your electrolyte balance.
Challenge 1: Add activity at home to my must-do list.
Challenge 2: Bedtime is now going to be 11:30.
Challenge 3: Leave work on time. It'll all be there in the morning. Whatevs.
