This is a very helpful team to be on, collectively very knowledgeable and positive. Most of us take the "Living Low Carb" theme pretty seriously, and don't see low carb as a temporary change but as a permanent lifestyle.
One of the best pieces of advice you'll hear around here is to read up on why low carb works and is healthy, as well as to try out a few plans to find one that you'll be able to stick with for the long haul. Best starter book is probably Gary Taubes' "Why We Get Fat and What To Do About It."
Challenge 1: Add activity at home to my must-do list.
Challenge 2: Bedtime is now going to be 11:30.
Challenge 3: Leave work on time. It'll all be there in the morning. Whatevs.
