My name is Joanne and I have recently, as in about 2 or 3 days ago started back on the low carb eating style.
I originally lost 98lbs and I followed the plan for a year. I decided to take a break after my wedding and I got off track. I then joined a slimming club but the weight loss was a struggle despite sticking to the plan to the letter. I now weigh 8lbs more than when I joined so now I have gained about 28 lbs back. I think low carb is the way to go for me and I already feel so much better for reducing my carbs.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been doing LC on and off for about a year next month. Lost 20 lbs and slowly gained it back. I have learned quite a bit on my journey and recommitted to LC last week. One of the things I found out was that my body likes the weight I was (190) and everyday I will have to fight my body to like the new weight each day until my body likes having less fat and more muscle. My goal weight is 145 and once I get there and it feels good I will maybe shoot for 130. So glad I found this team.
