My name is Joanne and I have recently, as in about 2 or 3 days ago started back on the low carb eating style.
I originally lost 98lbs and I followed the plan for a year. I decided to take a break after my wedding and I got off track. I then joined a slimming club but the weight loss was a struggle despite sticking to the plan to the letter. I now weigh 8lbs more than when I joined so now I have gained about 28 lbs back. I think low carb is the way to go for me and I already feel so much better for reducing my carbs.
