Hi Joy - I have like six windows open so I can tell you how to do this...:)
On your start page, on the left side at the top, there is a red link "Account/email preferences." Click on that. Then click on the "community tab."
Scroll down to the header "Spark Points." Then click "Show my spark points...."
Then click save.
You should be all set!

It's really up to you. Digital scales can be off too. Sometimes they come with instructions on how to calibrate them. You can also test it by putting something with a known weight on it like a 5lb bag of flour or hand weights. Also keep in mind that your weight can fluctuate by several pounds throughout the day due to normal changes in your body so make sure you are weighing the same time everyday. But, you should use the weight for which ever scale you plan to use regularly.

Question: I had a dial type scale that wasn't 100% accurate so I bought a digital one. The digital one is about 7 lbs. off for the worse from the old one. Which one do I go by?

Hello, if this was already asked I'm sorry.

When you do the "walk away the pounds" video, how do you add that to cardio? I did the two mile one which took 30 minutes? Surely that wouldn't be a 15 min. mile x 2 miles would it? That's what I was going to put it as and thought I'd ask first.

While I do not have an iPod or Smartphone, it is my understanding from helping my sister-in-law set hers up, that if you are logged in and tracking on your mobile device you do not have to do it from the website.

If you go to sparkrecipes.com you can add your own recipes or pick one of theirs and add either to your meal plan. You may also turn off Spark's suggestions and add your food to each day as far in advance as you want and then change it later if what you actually ate was different.

You can track bowling too, but you don't have too. The higher burning exercises are super important to track because you want to make sure you are consuming enough calories to have the energy to burn and heal yourself. It's all about balance.

I have a question about tracking exercise. Do I track EVERYTHING? For example, this morning I went for a run, which I obviously tracked. But this afternoon, I plan to go bowling with my kids. Do I track that? It seems like going overboard to me, but I want to make sure I'm tracking what I should. Help!

I'm not sure how you're gettingthere, but for me I hover over the myRecipes tab, click my cookbooks and the select the cookbook I added to. When I scroll about halfway down the page my recipes are there.

On sparkrecipes.com I look up recipes and when I find one I like I click on "add recipe to a cookbook". Then I click the box next to my cookbook. But when I look in my cookbook it's not there. However the ones I've put in myself is there. Any ideas on how to get them to stick?

@JRSY-To create your own sig. Go to edit your spark page. Towards the bottom on the right side above the weight loss ticker options is our personal signature box.
As far as weigh-ins, No particular day, what ever works for you. I always do Sundays because it is the day I get ready for the rest of the week in general.

I can't get my profile pic to show up. I know how to do it. I uploaded it and made sure it was showing up in that box in the lower right corner on my edit page, but it won't show up in my posts and such. Ideas?
