Thanks ladies for the welcome. Well, I am off gluten and for the next several weeks off grains all together and then I'll slowly reintroduce some of them like rice and corn. I'm also off of sugar and most processed foods. I've been on program for about 15 days and lost about 4lbs. :) I'm also working out 3 times a week doing strength and cardio, although currently its mostly cardio as I was injured in a car accident at the beginning of November, messed up my shoulder so very little strength training currently.
I agree, breaking up your goal into smaller ones is a great way to keep focused!
What's your plan to get to your goal?
Welcome. I got about 55-60 pounds I want to loose & also from Texas.. I hope you manage to stick with it & being on this website really does help. Whenever I feel like I am going to "cheat" I just pull up the website & start reading motivational things.. it is easier to have a group support then be alone :).
At the end of day it's not about what you "CAN" do or "PLANNED" to do- it's about what you DID.
