Hi, I am new to this team, but old to SparkPeople. I have been a part of Sparkpeople for over a year and have not been able to lose much. I think my biggest problem is I need support and accountability. I can usually do good for about 2 weeks and then I loss all motivation. I thought about joining WW, but I would never use there site or point system because I love Sparkpeople so it would just be a waste of money.
I will be grateful for any and all support and i will do my best to support you.
