The more the merrier. I for one am happy to see a new member.

Omabell1, Isn't it great to have a place to come for advice from others of us who are in similar situations? Every day gives us a new opportunity to begin again and do a bit better than the day before. Changing old habits is difficult but learning healthy new ways to eat and exercise does lead to better physical and mental health.

I hope you will accept me back. The last time, so many things happened in our family at once, and I just gave up. Now here it is 3 years latter (can't believe it) and I am still where I was
before (210 #) . I really need to do this...I am diabetic (on pills & two shots of insulin a day), and have other health problems as well (related to diabetes-beginning of kidney problems).
Most all the grand-kids are older it is time to focus on me for a change. I want to live to a ripe old I need to do some improving and start now. Hope all you folks will accept
me back...this time to try really hard and STAY WITH IT ! Thanks so much! Hilda (OmaBell1)
