Well I did pretty good with this challenge but I didn't lose the 5 lbs that I set out to lose. I lost 4 instead but I'm still pretty proud of myself b/c I've really stayed on track with my eating despite all of the graduations. I have also increased my fitness minutes this month. I have no doubt that June will be even better!

Test went great. She didn't even cry one time and then even better they called us on the way home and said that the test came back fine and she does not have CF. Yay!!!!

I have no idea how I did it but I wish I did! LOL! I don't think my weight loss will be very good this week b/c while I ate w/in my range every day, I didn't have any time to exercise. I'm hoping to get back on track this weekend!

That is up 0.4 from last week. I should be upset but I'm not, this is the week of TOM so I'm glad that I didn't gain MORE weight. The only thing I think I can do to really drive these numbers down is to behave more on my cheat days. I keep saying it, but I don't know if I'm really doing it to the extent that I should. It's Friday so I'll work on that for this weekend!

Why you *know* you can achieve it???: I lost 15 pounds and then gained 5 lbs. back. I know I get rid of those 5 pounds by getting back on track with my diet (planning ahead is key) and exercise.
