Why are you waiting for the first of December Lil Vixen? There is no place like now. I have found that I need to be on Cycle two at the least to loose weight effectively as soon as I add wheat products to the diet I go up in gramms. I like cycle two though as well so it is easy to maintain. I have had day breakouts where we were at functions and instantly I put on weight. I just do cycle one for two days and back to where I was. S that is good to know that when I finish and get to my goal weight (almost half way) I will be able to maintain this easily. Keep at it. What I like about this regime is that you can mix it up and you can have the odd day or too and easily get back to where you reached. Don't beat yourself up about those little hiccups. Keep your chin up and imagine the thinner version of you. I pulled my hamstring this week and have not been able to do my walk jog. I have been taking the challenge to the five km run and that has been pretty good. The dog likes it too. But i have had to go back to a slow walk for the last four days and the elyptical trainer doesn't seem to hurt it either which surprised me. Anyway good luck

Good luck Shannon. I started nearly 11 weeks ago and have lost 13.9 kilos. Fifteen more kilos to go so not far from half way. Make sure you eat enough and don't forget the lemon water half an hour before dinner. I also learnt about having cinnamon and that added to my smoothie in the morning means that I am rearing to go. I didn't start my exercise routine straight away either but it has made a huge difference since.
"Getting through trials doesn't reveal our strength. (No, the trials do a pretty good job of that.) Getting through trials reveals God's grace and produces our character. So yes, get up. If God allows, get up to fight the good fight. But as you wipe the dust off your back, don't pat." -Jimmy Peņa

Hello all! I'm not technically "new" here, but I did just officially start the diet today! Yay me! LOL I am very excited and positive that it will work for me! I want to lose a total of about 100 to 120 lbs. I'm getting sick and tired of carrying around a whole nother person. LOL Anyhoo, I just wanted to pop in and reintroduce myself and let you know that I'm starting! I will gladly accept all prayers and good vibes sent my way to help me have a strong will!
