Welcome back, you have just taken the first step back on your Journey. the next step would be to start at the beginning and take it slow and easy. Go Back to the very beginning. Go through the Start Page line by line, develop a plan and start with one thing at a time. Don't rush it, what has happened over time will not vanish overnight.

Three days in...start tracking your food with the tracker for one week. Be Active as much as you can. Start with small steps, move more around the house as you can. Any activity or movement helps when you start. After then second week and your are able to use the Nutrition Tracker start using the Fitness tracker also. Use both trackers till you feel comfortable with them. Weight yourself in the morning ( tomorrow ) so you can make your weight loss plan out with Spark. Keep your Spark Page open so Team members can stop
by and say Hi ! I'm always in the Chat room if you want to talk, if you wish to talk privately on some things you can reach me by Spark Mail. I and the Team are here for you.

Good luck and keep in touch as I will with you.

Hey all, even though I joined back in March, I have not done anything at all (quite the opposite in fact) to correct the things in my life that are really dragging me down - my love affair with anything cheesy, my inability to say no to sweets and no energy to do anything more than take my dogs for a short walk each day. As a result, my weight is at an all time high (truthfully I probably weigh more now that when I was at my heaviest with any of my three pregnancies) and feel like an old lady with my big belly getting in the way when I'm bending over. UGH! With the time change last night, I KNOW things are only going to get worse as I get seasonally depressed every year. I need some direction on how to get started again on the right track to health and fitness. I used to be much more careful about what I ate and exercised way more! I want to be like that again before get so fat I can no longer even get off the coach but I just don't know how to start. It seems so overwhelming.
