Hi back, Jules.
Sometimes it takes some people longer than others to get that mental jolt that syncs with the physical to say it is time to make major and important changes in ourselves.
Go to the message boards and introduce yourself there and to ask questions and give comments. You will find a welcoming community of people to help you along.

Hey everyone... in the past when I've come on to the website I haven't done the whole introduction thing.. but I am feeling READY and so excited to start working towards my goals and meeting new people who share those same goals with me..
