Hi everyone I been trying to losE weight for 2 years now with a moderate success... I am good at going to the gym even taking cabs to get to my 10 am zumba class but then when is time to eat I really don't know how to do it :( I will be good all week but then feel weak and either not eat enough or eat a lot :( I need help to stay motivated food wise hope I can find that here :)
