Make 2012 the year for you! I found that being incredibly strict with myself through the first 4-6 weeks of last year, I formed some really great habits that sustained throughout the year. Second, the more you open up and lean on your Spark Friends the more success you'll see. I expect that those around me will keep me on track, and we in turn keep those accountable around us!

I joined SparkPeople a year ago but did not take it seriously. A lot has happened over the course of 2011 and I have decided to make some changes. Managing my health with conviction is one of them. I never post on anything so I thought I would try something different.
