Hi all, Im Laura. I joined SP January 19 and have been keeping up with the 28 day challenge team. I love the accountability and I've lost 4 pounds so far. Im not looking for a huge weight loss, I just want to be healthy and not jiggle so much when I walk. My ultimate goal is to RUN a 5K, although my city is creeping up on 200 inches of snow fall and outdoor exercise wont be an option for a while!!!
