Hi everyone. I am Lisa and am new to the message boards. I have been following the Spark plan - or at least the calorie plan for a few weeks now. I enjoy exercising for the most part and am trying to lose about 10 pounds that seems permanent now that I am past 40. Looking forward to hearing about you!
