Hey Everyone! I am here beacause I lost all my weight and then quit smoking. It's been 8 months since my last cigarette, but I have gained half my weight back. I struggle with unhappiness, fatigue, I miss smoking! I will never go back, but am having a hard time moving forward. In 8 months I have gained 30 pounds. I am trying to put healthy foods in myself and I pray for strength and guidance. I am doing my best, but I have these moments of weakness every few days. I eat so many bad foods, I go up 1-5 pounds per week. Any ideas? (this is my first time posting)
