I did the same thing - I was on Spark previously, but I didn't take the time I needed to track food. So I started over this month.
I have been part of SP for a while but didn't take it seriously at all just now on the 18th am I being seriously taking it seriously now. I got a new streak going on. Maybe getting my eating habits in order. Getting used to working out. I wish you all the best of luck
