Hi! I am excited to join Spark People. How refreshing to find such a GREAT resource! This is my second week with SparkPeople and the nutrition tracker has really been a great asset! I am seeing my weaknesses and my strengths when it comes to food! I love when I plug in foods before actually eating them, I can change my mind and pick a better choice for the day! I do believe that this has been a key to my first week's weight loss!
