I have found so much information on SparkPeople that at first it has been a little overwhelming. Each day I learn a little more as to what will best help my efforts toward obtaining my goals. I am anxious to learn more as the weeks go by and hopefully see results!! Good luck on all your goals!! emoticon

Hi! I am excited to join Spark People. How refreshing to find such a GREAT resource! This is my second week with SparkPeople and the nutrition tracker has really been a great asset! I am seeing my weaknesses and my strengths when it comes to food! I love when I plug in foods before actually eating them, I can change my mind and pick a better choice for the day! I do believe that this has been a key to my first week's weight loss! I am looking forward to getting ideas and support from the various forums, following more trackers and getting great food ideas for a healthy life! Thanks SparkPeople!!
