I stumbled on to this site by mistake too. I have joined other programs online in the past that were costly and was very happy to find this one. It's only been a few days but I can already tell a difference such as my shoes aren't as tight..lol, aww the little things.
The only difference between "Try" and "Triumph" is a little "UMPH"

I know what you mean - it's amazing that this site is free. I don't mind the ads at all :) I like Spark because it doesn't promote a crazy fad diet that won't work in the long run anyway, but rather it offers guidance with a change in lifestyle, one step at a time. I'm glad to be here too.

I stumbled upon this web site while looking for something else, but it seems to be exactly what I need. I weigh more now than I have ever weighted in my life, including three pregnancies. I have looked at other web based programs, but most of them charge. This is an amazing site and it is free. I can't believe it. I need all the support I can get because it has been very difficult to reach my health and fitness goals. This time last years I got off to an excellent start, but by spring I faded away. I am determined to keep trying until I succeed. I think I have found the help that I need to succeed.
