I hated journaling in WW when I did it several years ago. Now that I have my laptop at my fingertips, I find it very easy to journal on SP.
I, too, am back again. I started summer 2010 and fell off shortly thereafter.

My name is Christine and I'm an Italian born in Northern California. I did spark people in high school ~ college to keep my weight down and avoid the freshmen 15. Now that I'm 30 I find that I'm so overwhelmed with diet info that I really need to get back to the basics (and lose the 22lbs I've gained since college) so I'm back. I did weight watchers for a few months but found that I hate calculating points, daily points, weekly points, activity points... I started losing my mind AND to top it all off, I gained 5lbs on the new P+ program that they offer. It was frustrating since I spent half my free time counting these darn points! Any, I'm here and I'm focused and determined and excited to get back on track!
