Hello everyone. My name is Jon and I am 27 years old. I am trying to lose between 60-70 pounds by this coming summer I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes 3 years ago, and have been struggling with my weight for the last 5 years or so. . I am 6'6'' and currently weight about 310 pounds. I have always been on the heavier side because I am very large framed, but I have been gradually getting heavier and heavier. My goal is to get back down to the 240-250 pound range, which is where I was at when I played college basketball.
