Hi, Tigger! Welcome to Spark People and a healthy journey. I checked your Spark Page and saw you've already checked out some teams to join. If you're not tracking your nutrition, you should. It's oneof the best things about SP. A coworker told me she had to buy a nutrition tracker for a class she was taking, and the SP one is better. SP will recommend a nutritional range for calories, carbs, protein, etc. Just guessing is hard, and tracking is better.

Read the articles and SP blogs, other member's blogs, and just have fun. Start slow on your exercise - if you can't walk a mile (I'm not sure how limiting your disability is), don't plan to run a marathon next week. See if these tips help, I got a million of them (OK, maybe just dozens).
