Hello everyone. I just joined the site today. I'm excited to be able to track my daily calories and workouts to see how I'm doing. It is easier to stay on track when you can see the numbers. I recently joined the gym because I want to be healthier. My sister and I have a goal to run a 1/2 marathon together. I can't do that while sitting on the couch. I can't wait until the day I can say I have accomplished that goal!!!! I will turn to the website for motivation from others. It will be wonderful to share my successes and frustrations with others that are going through the same thing.
