I'm a married stay at home mom in southwest MI and work part, part-time as an educational massage practitioner. At age 39 I birthed my second child 16 yrs after birthing my first. And now 3 years later my BMI index is at 29, and boy do I feel it. My goal is to out create this funk I'm feeling and experience an awakened vibrancy.
My short-term fitness goal is to exercise vigorously 10 min. daily.
I love dancing, yoga, walking, and I have a history of skiing, running, and backpacking.
My long-term fitness goal is to lower my BMI by losing 40+ pounds.
Items that currently exist in excess in my day to day life are books, coffee and food.
