Wow! Ten grandchildren, that's great. Also, I'm so glad to hear you quite smoking. I've never been a smoker but my daughter quit after many years and it was tough but she did it, too. Don't get discouraged. You're on the right track.
My name is Shirley from Ohio and am almost 54 years old. I'm married and had 4 boys and now have 10 grandchildren. I was a heavy heavy smoker 2 - 3 packs a day and quit when I turned 50 and have gained alot of
weight. I was in weight watchers and lost 25 pounds a year ago but had to quit cause of finances. I hope I will get some support and hope to give some support
