My name is Marianne. I'm 39 years old and trying to shed these last 35lbs that won't seem to budge. This has been an ongoing battle for me as I've struggled with my weight all my life. I'm tired of going up and down though and am ready to be healthy once and for all. It has been really hard for me since I don't like going to the gym. The best exercise for me is the exercise I get when I don't feel like it's exercise (ie. walking, swimming, riding my bike, etc.). I've been looking for a site like this for a long time. I joined because I hope I can battle my weight problem with others, possibly inspire some, and be inspired by others. I'm also looking for some new, great recipes and other healthy tips along the way. I could probably write a book about all of the do's and don'ts. I know what I need to do, I just don't do it. I need help and am hoping that this online community can give me the support that I need. I'm looking forward to this final journey! ~Marianne
