I like stuffing a pita with chopped veggies, carrots, lettuc, tomato, avacado, or anything you like. You can add shredded chicken and/or low-fat cheese. (Just a little cheese) I buy low fat swiss or cheddar and shred it and only use a tablespoon.

Hi! I just recently joined spark people and have heard a lot of great things about this site. Can anyone give me some helpful lunch ideas. I am on the road a lot, and do not often have access to a microwave etc. I am frustrated because even the "healthier" fast food options are often not very healthy. I am tired of packing the usual PB& J or lunch meat sandwich. Any suggestions for other options I might be able to try?
