What is good about this is I can put in the foods I have eaten that are not on the plan and it will calculate for me. I haven't had time to shop so I'm eating what I have in the house. I am more careful as to what I choose in the food cabinet.
My target wt loss is 50 lbs. with a target date of January 2012. Not sure how to work the points system. Have done weight watchers before, but I don't have time to attend meetings this time around. Figured Spark people may be able to help.
