Hey everyone! I am new to this website and heard about it from a friend as very motivational! At my lowest point I weighed 313.8 pounds. I include the "0.8" because I will never forget that number. Today, I weigh 170 pounds! I am a completely new person and have gotten my health and life back. My ideal weight is about 140-150 lbs, and need the encouragement to finish up my lifelong goal of reaching that weight! Also, I feel as if I am having to redefine myself as a person, which is sometimes hard to do since I have always been known or viewed myself as the fat girl because that is how other people viewed me. Any suggestions and feedback would help. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
