It's never too late - I started getting serious about my weight loss a few years back - I'm 61 and in better shape than I was 10 years ago - probably better than I was when I was active duty Army 25 years ago! Start small and keep going - don't try to climb 5 mile hill tomorrow if you aren't in shape. If you want to climb 5 mile hill (or whatever your goal is), start with walking 10 blocks, then a mile, then 2 - and increase slowly. You can do it!

Hello all, I am a 64 year old grandmother who is wondering if I have waited to late to do something about my weight. I need to lose weight, I must because of my health, which could be terrible if I keep going the way I have. Am I too late? Can I do this? Would appreciate any answers.
